Nokia 5210, what can i say, a brilliant phone. Not only is it durable,
its attractive aswell. Ive owned 5 phones in the last 3 years -Nokia
3210, Nokia 3310, Nokia 3300, Nokia 8210 and Nokia 5210, and i have
to say that the Nokia 5210 is the best yet. I broke most of my other
phones so i decided that i needed one that didn't break easily, and
when i found the 5210,i was amazed, it was exactly what i needed. I
drop it all the time and not once has it broke or smashed the screen.
This is only one of its excellent features, it also has a thermometer,
a stopwatch (which is very useful when exercising and running), picture/clipart
editor (for when you want to express your feelings through a picture
- a picture paints a thousand words), 5 games (just for fun or to pass
the time on a long car journey). The calendar is very useful, you can
save up to 100 notes including birthdays, important dates and reminders
(with alarm). It's vibrate and rhythmic backlight features can be used
when your'e in meetings, so you don't hear the Nokia ringtones blasting
out when it's all quiet! It also has infra-red to download rintones
and logos. One of it's last and important features is WAP. |

I've been using this phone for 10 months now and I still love it. It has a whole range of features that you would normally expect to find on a modern Nokia and some that you don't. WAP enabled with a stop watch, countdown timer and thermometer! this phone seems to do everything. Maybe the best part is the covering. I have dropped previous phones and watched bits break off them but the 5210 stays in one piece and almosts bounces! It is a very durable little phone. On the down side, it isn't up to date with a colour screen and it has no camera like most other phones these days and the buttons can be tricky if you have man-sized fingers. I have also found that it is prone to fading on cold days. But it is compact and good-looking with a very useful calender option, it still makes it in the nokia phone top ten. |

This phone is a waterproof strong, paded phone, the cover is easy to remove and the keyboard is very easy to use. It is a small poketsise phone. With enough room for 90 contacts on the SIM card and an amayzing 250 on the phone. And room for 10 messages and 10 picture messages. With five games including Snake II. A Calculator and Calander is very handy on the Nokia 5210. This is why ive rated this phone with an amayzing 10 out of ten. |

Without doubt the DADDY of all nokia phones! This phone really is the bomb! It features all the normal functions that you have grown to know and love about nokia phones (phone book, messaging, games, calculator etc etc) But is also PACKED with new and exiting features! This phone has a built-in calendar so you don't forget birthdays and special occasions! Internet capability, so you can send and receive e-mails on the bus! Infrared capability so you can send and receive data from other phones, or communicate with a pc! And my favourite advancement, the new "extras" menu function! Containing: countdown timer, stop watch, thermometer, (YES I did just say thermometer!) And you can even CREATE your own picture messages!! As well as editing existing ones! Another great feature of this phone is the new "express-on-shells" feature, where rather the naff clip on covers, the shell on the phone separates in the middle! So you can swap them over, making the top and bottom half of your phone different! and did i mention the phones splash resistant! without doubt the best phone ive ever had! well worth the money! |

While it may make for a rather unattractive phone, the rubber case of the 5210 certainly comes in handy for clutzy people like me! Although it is somewhat limited in features as compared to newer Nokias, it does just about everything you need it to and is very easy to understand. The only exception is that it is quite hard to change the number of rings before going to answerphone, but I think that is typical of most Nokias. |

I
found this phone to be very cute looking, with a durable cover and a
wide range of facilities. However, I did find the case came apart a
little too easily for my liking. |

I've used the Nokia 5210 for 6 months and am very happy with it. This phone has many handy features, such as an automatic keylock, keyguard code, and a very neat clock backlight, as well as some not-so-handy-but-still cool features like the rhythmic backlight which flashes to the beat of the ringtone. The thing that attracted me to the 5210 is its durability - strongly built and yet still smaller than the 3310 and 3410, it is also dust and splash proof, perfect for an outdoor lifestyle. On the downside, a pity it doesn't allow text comments in phone book entries like other nokias, the thermometer is a bit of a useless gimmick - not very accurate; and the original Xpress-on covers are very expensive (retailing upwards of £25 each) Overall one of the best and most practical nokias on the market. |

Brilliant little phone, lightweight and really good if my little girl gets hold of it and drops it on the floor, very durable. I have also splashed it with water and it has survived, generally a brill little phone, would recommend to anyone. |

It's fair to say i'm fickle. I mean, I've owned 3 different phones in 4 months. But this one...what can i say, it's a nokia! It's got the structure of a cheerleader, whilst being built like a american quarterback! I can say that this phone is harder than you..yes you reading this right now. Yeah, it could knock you into next week. First of all, i was lucky to get it as cheap as i did, I bought it second hand off a geezer at my school. Being a teenager, i couldn't afford an all-singing all-dancing mobile so i figured this one was worth the £75 i forked out for it. Fair. I can't find fault with it. There is no part of the phone that doesn't work. The on/off button is a bit stiff and the thermometer is a bit off the scale sometimes but who cares. Do you? if you are sitting there thinking "yes that would make me seethe with fury" then don't buy it. simple. The colours it's available in are a bit cruddy and £20 minimum for a new cover is criminal! Why pay up to 200 quid for this beauty? well it is worth it. How many times have you dropped your phone and thought " ****, i hope i haven't broken it." It happens to frequently to me. However this phone is unbreakable. The amount of times i have thrown, dropped, stepped on and hit this phone, it refuses to die. An indestructable piece of kit. Go buy it....Go on then, or are you happy with what you've got? It is also the only phone i have ever owned that has an infra-red port which is actually compatible with other phones and systems. Gold! Should be worth 10/10 but I wish Nokia would come up with some newer menu designs or even a colour screen on this model would be good. There's room for improvement but not much. This is the next popular model, i know it. Thanx for reading. |
