I've had this phone for a while and i've had a few problems with i. the menu is way to slow (uses old processor on new menus) battry dies anfter one day, screen gets a lot of static and flashes (not the feature) appart from all the bad which there is a shit load more the phone looks nice but your don't really get enought in the box for you hard erned BUCKS only one batt charger and case (where as the 8850 you got 2 battary destop charger handsfree and a whole lot of other stuff) personal advice avoid if you can unless you love the looks ( i did and got deon for) - jEZ
