All the magazine reviews for the Samsung S100 and other Samsung phones mention that a major negative aspect about these phones is the inability of the phone to synchronise with MS Outlook. (See reviews below). This has been changed by an application called SamsungSync, which allows one to synchronise the phone (through EasyGPRS program provided with the Samsung phones) to MS Outlook. (Address book Contacts and Appointments). Go to www.samsungsync.com to view. I use this program and it works very well.
