The information contained on this page represents the Privacy Policy of Keep Talking and the website www.Keep-Talking.net

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. We do however, reserve the right, if necessary, to provide information to the relevant authorities for preventing fraud.

We collect information about you for the following reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. Only necessary information is captured from you for the process of ordering; mandatory required fields are clearly marked during the checkout process. You may elect not to provide information for non-mandatory fields.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

We DO NOT collect debit card information nor do we store debit card/credit card information. All such transactions occur via paypal or google checkout.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

We have no intention of transferring your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area), and if we were ever to do so, we would always obtain your consent first

We only store information pertaining directly to your order on our computers for the minimum time necessary for us to process and account for your order. Nonetheless, you may, if you so desire, arrange an appointment to visit our premises to any information we may hold about you. Alternatively, you may write or email us at the address given on our Company page.

We DO NOT keep time sensitive information.

We DO NOT send unsolicited email to our customers.

We DO NOT share your e-mail address or other such information.

We DO NOT/HAVE NOT/WILL NEVER give or sell your information such as e-mail, home address, telephone number etc to a third party. We find such practise abhorrent.

We have a designated representative at Keep Talking responsible for all Privacy Matters, whom you may email if you have any queries, whatsoever, regarding Privacy of your information.
